Alien Workshop Skateboard Decks

Alien Workshop has been around since 1990 and every skater can spot their decks from miles away, due to their unique graphics and designs. With so many deck companies out there, for over 35 years, since Dayton Ohio, Alien Workshop Skate Decks have stood apart from the pack for various reasons.

For starters as we discussed, the graphics are unique, featuring abstract art, with Alien, bright colors, and various deck shape sizes. With an excellent team and skaters who can dominate any park or street, it was everything that Alien Workshop Skate Team needed to be a dominant player in the industry.

With that being said, TheDeckHouse.com also believes Alien Workshop had another perfect move in 1999 when they sold to Burton Snowboards. Why is this a great move? Well, it allowed for stable funding and cashflow so that they can continue to grow as a company, without starving for cash.

There is one key player here that deserved to be mentioned in the first sentence and that is Rob Dyrdek. Yup, Rob Dyrdek, arguably one of the best business men in skateboard history. He signed for Alien Workshop in 1990 and rode for them for over 20 years. It get's better, as Rob Dyrdek also purchased the company from Burton and then sold it to Pacific Vector Holdings. Feel free to read about Rob Dyrdeks history with Alien Workshop.
